1500 Taylor is a 12 story, type IA multifamily mid-rise utilizing a client-requested metal stud structural system and exposed metal pan decking. The project is highly amenitized and developed to attract a mix of aging individuals and young professionals.
The client on this project was extremely exacting of the design. A critical portion of my involvement was to design and coordinate unit layouts to the client's specific requirements. These designs were closely vetted by the client as well as their investors and consultants.
